Gary LoCurto graduated with honors from Christian Heritage college while majoring in both History and Psychology. Thereafter, he attended California Western School of Law where he was an active member of the Environmental Law Society and interned with San Diego Coast Keeper. Additionally, he studied International Humanitarian and Environmental Law in Prague, Czech Republic. Prior to working at Singleton Schreiber McKenzie & Scott Trial Lawyers, Gary had his own practice where he specialized in plaintiffs employment civil rights law, while also handling various personal injury matters.
Gary’s primary focus is on wildfire litigation; however he handles various aspects of civil litigation, including wage and hour, wrongful termination, and personal injury.
Prior to attending college, Gary played professional baseball in the Boston Red Sox organization. In his spare time, Gary plays in a local band and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Gary is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.
Gary is admitted to practice before all California state and federal courts.
