A board-certified specialist in criminal-trial advocacy for the past twelve years, Mr. Lemon has dedicated his practice to defending persons charged in serious and complex cases in California and federal trial courts and in federal appellate courts.

Just last year for example, he obtained the release of a client who had served 33 years in prison after being wrongfully convicted of murdering a DEA agent.
