Prior to working in the legal industry, Serena Webster owned and operated a small manicuring business as a means of support while raising her daughter and attending college. She graduated from the University of California, Davis in 1998, and after several more successful years as a manicurist, felt compelled to be the first in her family to pursue an advanced education. She attended UC Davis, School of Law where she became a member of the La Raza Law Students Association, was chosen to be a Sacramento County Bar Association Diversity Fellow, and was elected as a student member of the Schwartz/Levi Chapter of the American Inns of Court, which provided mentoring from Sacramento area judges and lawyers. To broaden her law school experience, Serena participated in the UC Davis Immigration Clinic, volunteered at the Northern California Legal Services Program, and attended a study abroad program at the Mexico Institute on International and Comparative Law in Mexico City.

Throughout her 18-year legal career Serena has gained extensive experience in civil litigation. She is excited to be able to apply her knowledge to fire and mass tort litigation in the capacity of both supervising Paralegal and Office Manager at the firm’s Sacramento location. When she is not working, Serena loves being outdoors, attending social gatherings, watching movies, and spending time with her close-knit family, friends, and two beautiful fur-babies.
